How mad is this? Actually the UK experiences about 50 tornados every year, the most in Europe but rarely do they happen in big cities. Parts of the American midwest are known as 'Tornado Alley' and often I sit home at night watching television when a tornado warning will boom across the screen mid-programme telling people to get into their shelters. ¶ 12:58
