Bulls go out
After winning last Sunday and then in Detroit on Tuesday night to pull back the series to 2-3 the Bulls were finally
eliminated by the Pistons last night in the 6th game of the 2nd round of the play-off's. It was disappointing, if not entirely unexpected to lose to a very powerful Detroit but a fine season and a superb fightback in this series left a good taste in the mouth and was the best finish to a season since the Michael Jordan era.
Earlier today the Chicago Cubs took the first days bragging rights after beating cross-town rivals White Sox
6-3 in the first of the 3-game weekend series. The south-siders blew a 3-1 lead and Wrigley will not be a place tonight for Sox fans.
