Architect David Fisher has designed a 68-story hotel and apartment building currently being constructed in Dubai where the floors would rotate 360 degrees. This is what we have come to expect in Dubai but Fisher was in Chicago recently and has said to identified a site near the NBC Tower just east of Michigan Avenue on the river with backing to boot. Now how's that for a visual treat in the skyline?
