Grounded
I got back to Bermuda Monday night and that will be my last travelling for somewhile until we instill the travel bug into Chicago Addick Junior and get her a passport. It was great to be able to shoot home for a few days although sadness crept quickly over me as my son and I said farewell on Sunday evening.
The weather here I think is still stifingly uncomfortable but with apologies to my English and Chicagoan friends it will only improve and the autumn here is beautiful as we lose the humidity and the houses start to cool down a bit. The thick stone walls and low sloping roofs contain heat and old fashioned air conditioning does bugger all to cool rooms down.
I have a busy work week, what's left of it although honestly it involves mostly more entertaining than graft, then our days and weeks get quieter and no doubt shorter as we await for the big day mid October.
